After 25 years in leadership roles at multinational companies, in 2014 I took a bold step and founded Executive Management Consulting, focusing on the automotive, truck, and industrial sectors. My passion is helping companies navigate complex markets, optimize operations, and achieve sustainable growth.​

Over the years, I have advised businesses as a Board Member, guiding strategic transformations, building high-performing teams, and reshaping operations to emerge stronger in competitive markets.

Alongside consulting, I’ve embraced investor and leadership roles with Ethica Global Investments and as CEO and shareholder of OSAR, I grew revenues while strengthening operational performance. Through Ethica Global Investments, I support companies like DOM srl and CBlade, contributing to strategy, innovation, and growth in high-precision industrial manufacturing.​
